Two-room apartment, well lit,ideal for a family holiday or a business stay (the Rimini Fair is 8 minutes away); Casa Sciroc is located on the second floor of a complex of 10 units, with lift (55cm whide door), consisting of: Stay;

Access and Parking

Possibility of fenced parking next to the house (on demand), street parking in the autumn-winter period.

• dogs and cats are welcome provided that: they do not get dirty, they do not climb and/or sleep on beds or sofas, they do not damage property, they do not disturb, no surcharge is foreseen for our four-legged friends;
• no parties or events are allowed;
• no groups predominantly composed of minors.

We are located just 100 meters from the sea!

Torre Pedrera is a quiet neighborhood overlooking the sea in Rimini North, now embellished with the brand new "Parco del Mare" seafront which, with a cycle-pedestrian path, allows you to reach Rimini in a very pleasant green experience.

• In summer you will find beach clubs, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, children's playgrounds, arcades and shops.
• In winter Torre Pedrera becomes a residential area, equipped with the necessary services (bar, supermarket, church, post office, hardware store etc..) but ideal for relaxing walking on the beach, away from the chaos.

Transport

CAR: 5km from the Rimini Nord exit, parking at 200m. TRAIN: Torre Pedrera station is 900 meters away and Rimini station 6.5 km away. Electric SCOOTERS - Scooter Sharing: The Lime and Bird Riders companies offer an exceptional rental service that allows you to pick up the scooter at the point of your arrival and leave it at the place of destination.

CAR: 5 km from the Rimini Nord toll booth, parking 30m away (disponibile nel periodo estivo).
