Dogs and cats are welcome as long as they do not sleep on beds and sofas, do not damage anything and do not disturb;
Smoking is prohibited but electronic smoking is permitted;
Noises:The apartments are located in a quiet residential area, for this reason maximum respect for the normal rules of coexistence is required, first of all AVOID NOISES (screaming, loud music, parties etc.) during rest hours (11.00pm/08. :00 - 13:00/16:00).
