The House

Large three-room apartment, well lit,ideal for a family holiday or a business stay (the Rimini Fair is 5 minutes away); Casa Garbein is located on the second floor of a complex of 12 units, without a lift, consisting of: Stay;

• kitchenette;
• bath;
• double room bedroom;
• terrace.

Air conditioning in the master bedroom.

Parking
There are many opportunities for free street parking near the house.

• linen included;
• Dogs and cats are welcome provided that: they do not get dirty, they do not climb and/or sleep on beds or sofas, they do not damage property, they do not disturb, no surcharge is foreseen for our four-legged friends;
• no parties or events are allowed;
  
• no groups predominantly composed of minors;
• the bedroom with two bunk beds will be made available only for bookings with 6 or 7 guests or upon prior request of the Guest.

Possibility of sailing trips and offshore swimming (ask the host for information).

Casa Garbein is located in a quiet residential area, away from the confusion, but only 250 meters from the Rivabella seafront.

Beach clubs, restaurants, bars, supermarket, children's playgrounds, arcades and shops nearby.

Transport

CAR: 8 KM from the Rimini Sud toll booth and 10 km from the Rimini Nord toll booth

Parking: There are many opportunities for free street parking near the house.

BUS: Bus stop n°11 "Colet. Podgora", 100 meters from Casa Garbein Station - line n° 4 - 6 min.

TRAIN: Rimini station is 2.3 km away.

SCOOTERS and Electric Bikes - Scooter Sharing: The Lime and Bird Riders companies offer an exceptional rental service that allows you to pick up the scooter at your arrival point and leave it at the destination.

REACHING RIMINI EXPO CENTRE

By car: The Rimini Fair can be reached by car in about 6-7 minutes, but during the entry times (8.30-10.00), exit times (5.30 - 7.00 pm) and travel times can increase. -------------

By bus: If you need to reach the Fair, reducing stress and costs related to traffic and parking, consider using the Bus which leaves 100 meters from home and takes you directly to the Fair.
