  • Dogs and cats are welcome as long as they do not sleep on beds and sofas, do not damage anything and do not disturb;
  • Smoking is prohibited but electronic smoking is permitted;
  • Noises:The apartments are located in a quiet residential area, for this reason maximum respect for the normal rules of coexistence is required, first of all AVOID NOISES (screaming, loud music, parties etc.) during rest hours (11.00pm/08. :00 - 13:00/16:00).

Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided.

Kitchen: All apartments have an equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas stove and oven, they are also equipped with everything needed for cooking.


PAYMENT

The balance of 80% must be paid:

  • within 3 days of arrival via Paypal or bank transfer;
  • upon arrival at the facility exclusively in cash.


TOURIST TAX €2

For facilities located in the municipality of Rimini, a tourist tax of €1.50 per day per person over 14 years of age will be paid upon arrival at the facility.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation before 30 days of arrival:: 80% refund of the deposit;
  • cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival:: 50% refund of the deposit;
  • cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival: no refund will be given.
