- Dogs and cats are welcome as long as they do not sleep on beds or sofas, do not damage anything or cause any disturbance;
- Smoking is prohibited but electronic cigarettes are permitted;
- Noise: The apartments are located in a quiet residential area, so we ask you to respect the normal rules of coexistence, first of all AVOID NOISE (shouting, loud music, parties, etc.) during rest hours (11:00 PM/8:00 AM - 1:00 PM/4:00 PM).
Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchen: All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, and oven, and are also equipped with everything you need for cooking.
PAYMENT
The balance of 80% must be paid:
- within 3 days of arrival via Paypal or Bank Transfer;
- Payments are accepted only in cash upon arrival at the property.
Tourist tax €2
For properties located in the municipality of Rimini, a tourist tax of €1.50 per day per person over 14 is payable upon arrival. For further information and exemptions, please see Tourist Tax info - Municipality of Rimini.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 80% refund of the deposit;
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit;
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: no refund will be given.
